Smoking in the Jungle

Smoking in the Jungle is what Chuck loves to do. Come on now, check out the pictures. We were at the farmers market and the fish man was there so we bought a small piece of tuna, about 1 lb. Chucks been talking about smoked fish now for a few days. So when we got home he took out the smoker and fired it up. The smoker reminds me of a 56 Chevy. He marinaded the fish for a short time with some soy sauce and a touch of liquid smoke and lots of pepper. So our lunch was on the beach, with cold beer and the cheese form mexico, still have a little bit left, some crackers and Tabasco.. Pura Vida
