Sunset Popsicles

Hibiscus tea, Watermelon and Pineapple Popsicles

I was inspired by this beautiful Costa Rica sunset. Plus I love Popsicles, sometimes when it's really hot out, all I want is a Popsicles, any kind. Like the ones form the Market. Chuck is always saying, just make your own. So this time I listened to him and started to make my idea of a more healthy Popsicles. I did add sugar, just to the Hibiscus tea, it's really sour without it. They turned out so pretty and sunsety.
