Ham and cheese Handwich

Ham and Cheese Sandwich, but I am changing the name to handwich.
This recipe from KevinandAmanda.com just looked good to me. So I thought i would try it. I had to make Grandma Marie's Pizza dough first, so for me that part is not easy or fast. I can't just run down to the market and buy ready made dough. It's not here yet. But if you can, just go buy the dough, you could have this ready fast and I think this would be great in a kids lunch. A little different and easy to handle. I think this could be called a handwich. You could change the insides to what ever you like. Leave the meat in or take it out. If the glaze is to sweet for you (was for Chuck) add less brown sugar, or leave it out. I was even thinking roasted zucchini and eggplant, sliced very thin and rolled up inside would be good to.
1 can refrigerated Classic Pizza Crust
¾ lb ham (thinly sliced, but not shaved)
12 slices Swiss cheese (thinly sliced) for the kids I would use something more mellow tasting
Glaze
½ cup (8 tablespoons) butter( I used 6 Tablespoons, that's what I had)
2 tablespoons brown sugar( or less if you don't like it to sweet.)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Unroll the pizza dough onto a cutting board and press into approximately a 13x18-inch rectangle. Top with ham and cheese slices. Starting on the longer side of the rectangle, roll up the edge tightly. When you reach the end, pinch the seam together and flip the roll so that the seam is face down. Cut into 12 slices, approximately 1-inch wide. Arrange in prepared baking dish.
Next combine the butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and poppy seeds in a sauce pan over medium heat. Whisk until the butter is melted and the glaze is smooth and combined. Pour evenly over the rolls.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours or bake, uncovered for 25 minutes until golden and browned. Enjoy!
