Day 5, and concerned

Not enough bubbles for me. I had more on day 3. So now it's time for drastic measures. Some professionals are telling me to dump 20% of the wild yeast and start feeding it 2 times a day. Every 12 hours. So this is what I am doing. I sure hope this science experiment turns out. I did say at the beginning, fail or no fail. I will be showing you some sourdough bread or rolls or both. Well, if it fails I will show you, me dumping the whole dam thing into the jungle. I always have hope.
