Pumpkin week, Pumpkin Pancakes
For you this week, it's about Pumpkin sweets. So I will start off with Pumpkin Pancakes. Good spicy flavor and the Pumpkin shines through. I got this recipe form @createdbydiane. Hers turned out really fluffy looking. I have never been a good Pancake maker, and could not get the height she got. Must be because I am at sea level. Well that's my excuse. But I still think you should try these, Chuck and I both liked them. Check in tomorrow for the best Pumpkin Bread.

3/4 Cup canned Pumpkin
1/4 Cup sugar
1 egg
3 Tablespoons Oil
2 Cups Milk
2 Cups Flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon salt
Wisk the canned pumpkin really well in a bowl.
In medium bowl mix pumpkin sugar, egg, oil and milk.
In another bowl mix flour, bakingpowder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
Wisk dry ingredients into wet until combined.
Heat skillet until fully heated on medium heat. Place 3 Tablespoons of the batter for each pancake and cook until you see bubbles all around flip and cook other side. Enjoy.
