Rustic, very rustic Pizza.
1/2 spicy meatball for Chuck, and 1/2 everything else for me.
We had this for lunch yesterday and it really was quick. I started to carmilize the onions first.
Then made the dough, I had frozen meatballs so I took 2 out for Chuck and cooked them with the onions, same pan. I was trying to do this quick. I also had some left over sauce form last nights Eggplant Parm. I didn't take a picture of it because it was less photogenic then the pizza. Really.
The crust is crisp and cruchy and you can add anything you like. I added olives, caramelized onions, meatballs, garlic and mozarella cheese and some parmesan cheese. My little oven can't get really hot but the pizza stone helps. We really liked this thin crust pizza. The crust is adapted form Food.com Super crispy thin pizza crust.
