It's Coconut Water

Our pipa man brings us 10 pipas a week ( it's really more than that, chuck can't say no) so I put them in the fridge and get them really cold. Chuck uses the cleaver not the machete anymore. It works great. He hacks off the top and I have bio straws. and we love it. So now I am into Pipa Tea. I made that up and I think it's great for tea lovers. Try it! But for sure drink up it's good for you.
