Double Chocolate Brownies

Really, these Brownies are easy to make. I didn't even have to take out the beaters. I mixed it all with a wisk and big spoon. I added the chcolate chips at the end just on top. That's the second chocolate I added. The Brownies are soft and chewy. Add Vanilla Ice Cream on top, and it's over the top good.

This recipe if from the recipe rebel

1 cup butter, melted

2½ cups granulated sugar

1 tbsp vanilla

4 eggs

1½ cups all-purpose flour

1 cup cocoa powder

½ tsp salt

chocolate chips for sprinkling on top

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar and vanilla and whisk until smooth.

  3. Whisk in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg

  4. Stir in flour, cocoa and salt until combined

  5. Line a 9x13" pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Spread batter in prepared pan. Add the chocloate chips on top. Bake for 26-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
