Casey's take on Grandma Marie's Mac and Cheese.

I have been making Grandma Marie's Mac and Cheese for over 40 years, and I have never thought of making it in a Cast Iron Pan. Casey did (My oldest son). So I thought I would try it to. I love how it looks in the pan, and it came out really well with a little wipe of olive oil in the pan first. Thanks Casey for the hot tip. What ya got next.? I am telling ya. Teach your kids how to cook. Or cook yourself at home and they will see how you do it, and it's always more healthy to cook at home then to go for the fast food. Although you have to have it once in a while. Niles the younger son can make a whole Thanksgiving dinner. I am impressed with my sons cooking.
