Enchiladas, but it's the crunch I'm talking about

A simple addition of this crunchy tortilla to your Enchiladas, takes them to a different level. I don't know what level but it's darn good. I add them to my taco salad and some soups to. Enchiladas with a Crunch

Small amount of oil about 1/2 inch in a small fry pan.

Corn torillas

Sea salt

Cut the tortillas into small strips

Get your oil hot

Add a handful of strips

Fry until golden

Put on paper towels

Add salt
