Breakfast potatoes, made without boiling them first





Dice your potatoes
Add a small amount of olive oil to pan
Add your potatoes and cook for a few minutes
Now put a lid on your skillet and let cook this way for about 10 minutes
Take lid off and add your diced bell pepper, onion and jalapeños if you like.
Keep stirring and cooking until golden brown. Add Salt and Pepper. Enjoy
