Meat Loaf! Because Chuck needs a Meat Loaf Sandwich

It's not to often that I make Meat Loaf, but when Chuck wants a Meat Loaf Sandwich he has to have a Meat Loaf dinner first. Next day is the sandwich. Yes, of course he was happy. So dust off that, as I call it, a Meat Loaf Pan, AKA bread loaf pan. And make a meat loaf. Mine is probably the easiest one you will find. This is it.

I mix the cheap ground beef with the more expensive ground beef. 1/2 and 1/2. About 1 lb. I add salt, pepper, this time Panko,sometimes regular bread crumbs, 1egg, garlic powder, onion powder, mix it all together and shape into meat loaf and put in pan.

Pour over the top, tomato sauce and sprinkle with hot chili flakes and cook for about 1 hr. at 360 degrees. All the measurements are up to you.
