Super easy Granola with a hint of Coconut Oil

Fresh out of the oven over cold yogurt is so refreshing. Healthy I might add too.


Yes, I have my own hand model, because I don't have nail polish on or for that matter no nails. But my sister in law Sherry does.

2 Cups of Oatmeal
1/2 Cup chopped Pecans
1/2 Cup chopped Almonds
1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup of Coconut Oil
1/4 Raisins
1/4 Cranberries
1/4 Honey
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
Put the 2 cups of Oatmeal in a large bowl
Mix the Brown Sugar, Coconut Oil, Honey and Vanilla in a microwave bowl and micro for about 20 - 30 seconds
Pour over Oatmeal and add nuts and stir well. Bake at 350 for about 15- 20 minutes or until the Oatmeal starts to just get golden.
You can put the Cranberries and Raisins in at the end or add them right before you take them out of the oven.
