Chicken Flautas



For me this is an easy dish to put together for a potluck. For you it will be even easier because you can get a rotisserie chicken at the market and shred it up and tuck some inside a flour tortilla and fry to golden brown and dip into guacamole or like here cilantro sauce. No need to stick a toothpick into these, just make ahead and lay on the fold until ready to fry and start seam side in the oil. You can use pork or sometimes I put cooked leftover roasted potatoes man are they good.
