Chocolate with Chocolate Brownies and Sea Salt

Going to friends for dinner tonight and I know they love Chocolate anything so I thought Brownies with more Chocolate on top and a little salty because she is pregnant and those two go so well together. Right? I sure love it when people invite us over for dinner I do get tired of my cooking and love to try other things out. Hint Hint.

8x8 in. pan with parchment paper spray with a little cooking spray

3/4 cup baking cocoa

1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

A little less than 1/4 cup vegetable oil, just eyeball it

1 3/4 cup sugar or less

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon espresso powder

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 eggs

1/2 of a good chocolate bar

Handful of chocolate chips

Sea Salt

Combine everything together in a bowl, all but the candy bar, chips and sea salt

mix well

Spread the batter in the pan.

Sprinkle on the chocolate chips and half of a candy bar or more and add some sea salt to taste

Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with just a few moist crumbs.

I like mine somewhat moist.
