Taco Tuesday for two

Nothing to special about these Tacos they are Chucks favorite ground beef, fried corn tortilla, lettuce, tomato, cheese and of course hot sauce or salsa is this case both. I also made Flauntas flour tortilla with roasted potatoes rolled inside and then fried with guacamole.

This was a meal just for Chuck and I no friends came over to enjoy food with us as you all know. I can't wait until we can have our friends over to share a meal with. For me thats the most fun of cooking having people over to laugh talk eat and drink a little. I miss that, as we all do. Thankful Chuck is here to share my food with and he still likes my cooking after all these years. Trying to keep patience in my life. Stay healthy!
