Pasta Mustard Greens and Fish

This is what we had for dinner last night. No recipe it’s just what I had on hand. The Pasta is my (or Grandma Marie’s I should say) White Spaghetti. Olive Oil in a pan with a chunk of butter with as much chili flakes you like and lots of chopped garlic. I use at least 8 cloves and just saute until almost crispy. Mustard Greens same thing a little oil chili and then add a bit of water to steam. The Fish it’s Red Snapper. Corn meal and flour dredge. Small amount of sesame oil and a touch of olive oil and fry till golden. Dinner! This dinner pared well with the last of an old bottle of good Tequila.
