Pesto Pasta

Sometimes I just want some Pesto and the best way for me to enjoy it is over Pasta and of course some good bread and a glass of wine, salad if you like.
I use no recipe I just place a good handful of Basil into the food processor with a small chunk of Parmesan a small handful of nuts. I love pinenuts but I don’t always have them so use walnuts or almonds they all work well. Juice of a small lemon and a pinch of sea salt and olive oil. I turn on the food processor and add Olive Oil and pour until it looks smooth. Go slow with the oil.
