Chuck's meatball sandwich

I had meatballs and pasta sauce in my freezer, Chuck (my husband) was hungry. Now that's a history of a spontaneous meatball sandwich. The point is, freeze a little leftovers. Add fresh onions and some hot chilies. Don't forget the ice cold beer.



The Meat Balls


1lb. ground beef

1 Italian sausage ( take it out of the casing) spicy or not

Handful of bread crumbs

salt and pepper

1 egg

Mix it all together, shape into balls. Brown in a pan with a little olive oil until browned and cooked through.
