Corn, Avocado, Cucumber, Basil Salad

 This salad is so refreshing and good. I had to grill my corn, our corn here in Costa Rica is sometimes, well hard. I did cut it off the cob. It's crunchy and fresh and so easy to make.

 

I didn't eat the whole corn with it. I just liked how this picture looks.
