A new recipe for me, and I found it to be very good. Easy dough to work with and the flavor is really nice. I really was suprised that it kept it's nice shape and ended up larger than I thought it would be. I am making small grilled cheese sandwiches with this bread. I know it will be great in the toaster tomorrow moring also. I am going to use this bread with the Jalapeno jelly I just made to. So much to do with it and so little time before it's all eaten up. I will make this bread again. Enjoy it.
