Easy Mini Pumpkin Pies

Lets make this one easy. Start with a good ol can of already spiced pumpkin the small one will do. Buy some already made crust and cut out your circles with a cookie cutter or a glass use about a 3 inch cutter or glass.  Place about a Tablespoon or so in each circle and brush a beaten egg around the edges and place the other crust on top. Use a fork and press gently all the way around the edge. Brush with the egg over the top and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon poke a fork in the top and bake at 350  degrees for about 20 minutes or so or until golden on top. Freeze them if you like for Thanksgiving. Or like me eat one while you make your next batch. Don't forget the whip cream.
